Ponds of Bonner Hills Annual Membership Meeting
June 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Tecumseh Library. Agenda will be provided as we get closer to the meeting date.
Street Light Outages
If any homeowner notices a street light outage or other issue please report it to consumersenergy.com/streetlightoutage. Consumers will repair or replace as needed at no cost to Bonner Hills.
About The Ponds Association
The Ponds of Bonner Hills Condominium Association is committed to fostering a harmonious and well-managed community. Led by a dedicated HOA board, the association oversees neighborhood operations, upholds community standards, and works to maintain the area's aquatic features and meadows.
Governance and Structure
The Board of Directors comprises 5 members elected by the community, all volunteering their time and expertise to ensure the area's success.
The Ponds board meets monthly. They also hold an annual meeting for all residents in June/July.
At the annual meeting, residents can ask questions, voice concerns, volunteer to be added to the ballot for open board seats (they can also submit their name ahead of the meeting), and cast their vote for vacant board seats.
